The New-Look Celtics celebrated their preseason by destroying the New York Knickerbockers, 101-61.

Think about how good this makes the Celtics for a second.

The Celtics beat the Knicks by 40 points. The Knicks in turn beat Tel Aviv Maccabi by 27 points. The Maccabi Elite are probably on the same level as Real Madrid, who beat Toronto. And Toronto only lost to the New Look Celts by 4 points.

That means the Celtics are about 60 points better than themselves, the best team in the East. Now that's a good team.
