The guys at Free Darko went digging through their old Sports Illustrateds and pulled out this gem. It is without a doubt one of the best things I have seen.
In somewhat related news, I was browsing along and I saw that the Pistons Fanshop had Darko Swingman jerseys on sale for $3 (For the obvious reason that he has already changed teams twice now). Given that they retail at $70 and my overzealous defense of the Serbian gangster, it was imperative that I buy it.
It remains to be seen whether that same argument holds for my purchasing a David Beckham LA Galaxy jersey for $45. I love Golden Balls, but $80 --> $45 is not nearly as good as $70 --> $3.
